Birkbeck University is seeking a Term Service Contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance to the fire protective systems and security systems across the portfolio of buildings in Bloomsbury, London, UK. Birkbeck is located in a number of buildings, the largest is in Malet Street covering approximately 22,000m2, along with various other smaller buildings in predominantly Georgian buildings in the area. The contract will also have provision for the addition of project works where appropriate.
