Notice Description
This is a Framework for the provision of Online Streaming and Online Training Services. The Framework Agreement includes four lots, the titles of which are provided below: Lot 1 - Academic Content Lot 2 - Film Content Lot 3 - Television Recordings Lot 4 - Online Training Platform The Framework agreement will be open to the members of Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC Limited) and other UK procurement consortia as listed further below.

Academic Content
Framework for Online Streaming and Online Training Services: Lot 1 - Academic Content. It is expected that supplied content will offer alternative forms of lecture delivery and learning, as well as being of use to students when producing coursework. This may include and without limitation, instructional videos, experiments, demonstrations, lectures and talks across a range of courses and topics. Film ContentFramework for Online Streaming and Online Training Services: Lot 2 - Film Content. The Contractor shall supply film content covering a variety of film categories. Users shall be able to stream different films, with the Contractor supplying a wide range of films as part of an Institution's subscription. Films may include and without limitation, documentaries, educational films, plays, archived movies and blockbuster films. There may also be audio content included in any collection offered. Television RecordingsFramework for Online Streaming and Online Training Services: Lot 3 - Television Recordings. The Contractor shall allow the Institution to watch television programmes live and also record television programmes from regional and international channels. As part of the Contractor's offering, access to archived recordings shall also be available. Online Training PlatformFramework for Online Streaming and Online Training Services: Lot 4 - Online Training Platform. The Contractor shall provide an online training platform. Courses may cover many subject areas to benefit support and professional areas in the Universities and Colleges. As access may be provided to students as well, courses shall also be relevant to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (Levels 7-12) and the Framework for Higher Education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Levels 4-8).
