    "description": "This Framework seeks to appoint a maximum of five (5) suppliers to two (2) separate lots to provide materials which make up the structural main part steelwork and circular hollow section steel piling of a rail OLE system for the Core Valley Lines. The materials are required to facilitate the electrification of the CVL. The CVL electrification is required to provide a more efficient and faster rail infrastructure and to support the wider CVL upgrades & enhancements and a new rolling fleet. TfW reserves the right to utilise this Framework Agreement for works that fall outside of the CVL.
