    "description": "Belfast Health & Social Care Trust has received a letter from Heidelberg Engineering Limited dated 19/10/20 which states that \"in response to your recent inquiry, I can confirm that Heidelberg Engineering GmbH, the parent company of Heidelberg Engineering Limited is the legal manufacturer and specification holder of the SPECTRALIS. An OEM constellation is not applicable as Heidelberg Engineering GmbH is also the developer, designer and responsible for the manufacturing activities at all sites including the Quality Management and approval process. In addition, Heidelberg Engineering Limited is also the only provider of service and maintenance of the company's equipment located in Northern Ireland and all other devolved regions of the United Kingdom.\" That is, Heidelberg Engineering Limited has exclusive rights as regards service of the Heidelberg equipment covered by the proposed contract. The contract with Heidelberg Engineering Limited will be for a 6 year period (01/01/22 to 31/12/27). The maximum contract value of PS185,000 has been calculated based on firm prices from Heidelberg Engineering Limited for routine service, with an allowance to cover repairs and potential growth over the contract period.",
