An award to an expert with experience in allocating funds to charitable organisations and with knowledge of the needs of energy consumers across Great Britain, to allocate voluntary redress payments (the "Service Provider") to support Ofgem in meeting its objective of protecting the interests of existing and future energy consumers.
Renewal: A further 24 months extension is available at The Authorities discretion. And then a further 24 month extension is available for The Authority to procure Run off Services
