To conduct RHA@S EICR programme across its stock in RCT

Renewal: A possibility of extending for 12 months

Fire Safety

To assist RHA in its fire saefty programme, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections and inspections of fire safety equipment and alarms.

Renewal: A possibility to extend for a further 12 months

Decoration (Internal and External)

Tp provide decoration services for RHA's stock across RCT, including internal and external decoration to properties and some blocks, as detailed in the specification.
