BathroomsWorking in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent is looking for Contractor(s) to deliver high quality Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement - Planned Works within its South portfolio. All works must be completed by 31st March 2024. This opportunity is being advertised as two (2) Lots: Lot 1: Kitchens Lot 2: Bathrooms
3The re-opening of our existing Recruitment panel after the first initial 12 months. The contract will be awarded for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The panel will be used for Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts. Accent will be able to call off orders under this contract with the successful supplier(s). As such we are seeking experienced Recruitment Agencies/Consultants/Suppliers to be part of a panel which offers Accent a dynamic, agile recruitment service in a timely and value for money manner, whilst providing a compliant route to market.

Electrical Services Lot 5 (South)Electrical Services Lot 5 (South) Accent Housing has used the following DPS Encompass FTS Contract Notice Ref: 2022/S 000-000123 to run a competition for the provision of Electrical works and services to its portfolio of homes, with the competition being split into 5 Lots. The services and works required are essential to support and underpin Accent's statutory responsibility, to provide and ensure every electrical installation within its management responsibility is electrically safe and up to relevant British Standards.
Encompass DPS: KitchensAccent Housing Limited "Accent" is creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) called Encompass, for the exclusive use of Accent Housing Ltd and associated entities. It is NOT open to external contracting bodies. To deliver against a planned and reactive programme of works in the provision of measurement, supply, delivery and installation and fit only of a range of Kitchens including adapted (for disability) and electrics where identified. Including the strip out, removals (debris), structural alterations, installation, tiling, floor coverings, pipework, electrics, ventilation, fixtures and fittings, testing and certification. When Accent requires to run a competition for the works/services noted within the DPS, Accent will access the awarded supplier list based on the Workstream Categories and NUTS Codes (geographical locations) and contact those approved Suppliers regarding the procurement opportunity.
Encompass DPS: Doors, Windows, Guttering, Fascia, Soffits & Rain Water GoodsAccent Housing Limited "Accent" is creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) called Encompass, for the exclusive use of Accent Housing Ltd and associated entities. It is NOT open to external contracting bodies. To deliver against a planned programme of works and/or reactive repairs in the provision of measurement, supply and installation and fit only of a range of doors, windows, guttering, fascia, soffits, rain water goods, bargeboards and silicones and fixings. Including but not limited to UPVC, Timber, Aluminium and Composite and Fire products. When Accent requires to run a competition for the works/services noted within the DPS, Accent will access the awarded supplier list based on the Workstream Categories and NUTS Codes (geographical locations) and contact those approved Suppliers regarding the procurement opportunity.

When Accent requires to run a competition for the works/services noted within the DPS, Accent will access the awarded supplier list based on the Workstream Categories and NUTS Codes (geographical locations) and contact those approved Suppliers regarding the procurement opportunity.

To provide a planned programme of works to deliver on a supply and fit basis sustainability related retrofit components to include but not limited to: * Solar panels * Photo-voltaic panels * Thermal cladding * Heat Recovery Systems * Ground Source Heat Pump * Air Source Heat Pump * Building Insulation When Accent requires to run a competition for the works/services noted within the DPS, Accent will access the awarded supplier list based on the Workstream Categories and NUTS Codes (geographical locations) and contact those approved Suppliers regarding the procurement opportunity.

It is NOT open to external contracting bodies. To provide recruitment solutions to fill permanent, fixed term requirements of Accent Housing Ltd in the context of social housing. Non-exclusive recruitment services with payment on fulfilment of the positions ranging from general (admin), specialist (customer care partners, digital, surveyors, procurement, finance, legal) executive and board/director recruitment. Research and analysis creating recruitment insights and competitive intelligence. When Accent requires to run a competition for the works/services noted within the DPS, Accent will access the awarded supplier list based on the Workstream Categories and NUTS Codes (geographical locations) and contact those approved Suppliers regarding the procurement opportunity.
