Notice Description
The Scope of the framework is for the supply of PCR Sample Collection Devices and Consumables. Included within the framework are Individual Tube(s) with prefilled Viral Transport Medium (VTM) 1ml/3ml, VTM Sample Collection Kits, Individual Tube(s) with prefilled Inactivation Medium, Inactivation Medium Sample Collection Kits 1ml/3ml, IVD Peel Pouch containing Dry Sterile Swabs and various associated consumables such as Lysis Buffer. The sample collection products can be used for multiple viral and microbiological pathogens.

Legal Advisory Services
Prior Information Notice (PIN) for Legal Advisory Services Framework agreement. NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) are consulting on a proposal to tender for the provision of Legal Advisory Services Framework to support NHS Organisations and the wider public sector. This is to help define and develop our national procurement strategy and help in the development of our service specification to meet the needs of NHS Organisations and wider Public Sectors. NHS Shared Business Services are engaging with potential providers prior to the release of any official tender documentation.
