Summary of the contracting process

Hertfordshire County Council is leading an open tender procurement process for a Framework Agreement titled "HCC - 02/22 - Framework Agreement for the Supply of Adhesives Labels, Repositionable Notes, Indexes and Hook and Loop." This procurement falls under the goods category and primarily involves self-adhesive labels. The tender is based in Hertford (UKH23) and was officially initiated on 9th June 2022, with the deadline for bids set for 16th March 2022. The estimated total value of this framework is approximately £1,120,000, executed under a legal basis as per the CELEX directive.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in the manufacturing and supply of stationery goods, particularly those specialising in self-adhesive labels and related products. Companies, both large and SMEs, should consider participating, as the framework allows for flexibility in supplier engagement without exclusivity. As there are multiple lots available, businesses with capabilities in areas such as non-branded labels, repositionable notes, and indexes would be well-suited to compete and potentially leverage this opportunity for growth in the public procurement market.
