Clarion Housing Group Limited wish to procure comprehensive domestic and communal heating servicing, repair and maintenance services for their North London Region. We will be using the Delta e-sourcing portal and to bid for the tender you will need to register with them as a supplier. The link is: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ . Once you are registered on the e-sourcing portal the access code for the tender is: T332KME3B8 Please note that the figures provided within the EU Advert are over the potential 17 year term and include adjustments/ contingency based on potential growth and indices uplift. We don't know the size of programme Clarion will have in 10 to 17 years so we have built in this contingency.

Clarion Housing Group Limited wish to procure a 17 year contract for comprehensive domestic and communal heating services for their North London region. The contract will include both domestic and commercial heating and will include: Servicing, Repairs, Maintenance and Reactive boiler replacement. Please note that the figures provided within the EU Advert are over the potential 17 year term and include adjustments/ contingency based on potential growth and indices uplift. We don't know the size of programme Clarion will have in 10 to 17 years so we have built in this contingency. Options: The contract will be for 17 years with an initial term of 2 years, break clauses and review periods thereafter every 5 years.

Renewal: The contract will be for 17 years with a "no fault break clause" exercisable on notice after the first 2 year initial term. Clarion will review the Contract at least once every 5 years after the initial term to decide whether or not to exercise this clause.
