Summary of the contracting process

The most recent public procurement contract, dated 19th November 2025, involves ECL The Care & Wellbeing Company as the buying organisation. This contract falls under the "goods" category, specifically focusing on licence management software packages, located in the UKH3 region. It is in the award and contract update stage, with variations increasing the original contract value to £2,176,811.29. The procurement was initiated as a tender to increase existing licence entitlements for Access EVO and Access Alto software. The procedure was conducted following the restricted procurement method and is supported by European Union funding.

This tender presents significant opportunities for software providers, particularly those specialising in licence management and cloud software solutions, to collaborate with reputable organisations such as The Access Group. Businesses well-acquainted with software package provisioning can network within the public sector, evolving their capabilities and expanding their client base. Furthermore, tendering through awarded frameworks like the G-Cloud can streamline the competitive process, providing opportunities to engage in scalable, enterprise-level projects and contribute effectively to the public procurement landscape.
