Notice Description

This prior information notice is to inform the market that Crown Estate Scotland intends to publish a procurement in order to seek a supplier/service provider to provide a replacement Property Management / Asset Management System to support operation management and strategic goals and to provide related services to ensure the successful transition to the new system and ongoing development, maintenance and support services. As part of the pre-procurement process Crown Estate Scotland is seeking views and information from the market in connection with the required services procurement strategy and scope of the Contract.

The current contract expires at the end of 2023 and Crown Estate Scotland will aim to invite tenders for the next generation contract in September / October 2022. This Prior Information Notice is to allow for Suppliers to consider in advance of the launch of the ITT whether they/or their subcontracting consortium have capability to bid, and to provide potential bidders and those with an interest in the service and how it is delivered, an opportunity to help shape the scope the ensure it continues to meet the needs of Crown Estate Scotland, our Managing Agents, Tenants and other Stakeholders moving forward. To this end, Crown Estate Scotland invite interested parties to complete a short questionnaire, which will be available until 15 July 2022, the responses of considered and used to shape the scope of the contract and the procurement strategy for these services.
