Cisco Catalyst 4500/3850 switches have passed their End of Support date and can't be updated or maintained. The Minimum standards and qualification required is that tenderers shall be Cisco premier partners. Additional information: Please see attached ITT document for further information

Renewal: Initial 3-year period with the option to extend for an additional 12-month period
