Provision of promotional merchandise

Renewal: This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st May 2023 for an initial period of twenty four months until 30th April 2025 with the option to extend the Agreement for twelve months until 30th April 2026 and a further twelve months until 30th April 2027 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

Vouchers & Gift Cards

including, but not limited to, the following scope; Paper Vouchers, Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, Closed Loop Gift Cards, Open Loop Gift Cards, Controlled Loop Gift Cards, Restricted Loop Gift Cards, Implied Loop Gift Cards. This list is not exhaustive. All gift cards or vouchers will be supplied with a wallet and envelope which shall be provided free of charge. Any branding requirements of the Member Institutions will be provided at an agreed additional charge.
