    "description": "The Forensic Capability Network (FCN) is a community of its members forensic science capabilities and expertise. Benefitting from a national level of collective investment, focus, and networking, the FCN will deliver high quality, specialist forensic science capabilities; share knowledge; and improve resilience, efficiency, quality and effectiveness in Forensics. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset is the Contracting Authority on behalf of the FCN. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The Authority requires information on the best approach to meet the requirements described in this document. Responses will assist in the development of a more focused specification and insights of this consultation may be used to shape the Selection and Award process of a further competition. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Potential suppliers are asked to give informal expression of interest in bidding for any future opportunity related to this requirement. This EOI would also be supported by the RFI response. If suppliers are not interested, it is requested that they inform the Authority and provide a reason why.
