Notice Description
The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information on the supply and approximate/indicative costs of a managed Security Operations Centre for East Ayrshire Council. This will allow the client service to review any potential budget shortfall for the delivery of this future project.

The Council are currently conducting market research for the Provision of Security Operations Centre Services (Cyber Resilience). The introduction of this service aims to ensure the Council has appropriate threat detection to enable the monitoring of its' technical infrastructure in order to detect any suspicious or unusual behaviour. Having the capability to detect cyber security incidents and attacks is a timely and important aspect of ensuring the overall cyber resilience of the Council Additional information: Interested parties are asked to complete the market research questionnaire. This information will assist in determining the procurement strategy. Please note this questionnaire is separate from and in addition to the Council's formal procurement processes.
