The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex ("the Authority") is looking to establish and ascertain the level of market and supplier capability, interest, and experience with the provision of a cloud-based discreet video calling SaaS platform. The system is to be used by Public Protection and possibly other business areas to support work with victims and witnesses must be able to comply with the following MoSCoW, but is not limited to: - Have as minimal digital footprint left on user devices as possible - Have the configurable aliases - Have no software or app download requirements - Be hosted within the UK - Be available and supported 24/7 - UK GDPR - Cyber Essentials Plus and current NSCS security principles - Include Management Information and reporting functionality - Capability to provide the GPS co-ordinates of end users location - Self-managing user/ admin portal - Established API functionality
