On behalf of SCCL, CPP is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the supply of Aids for Daily Living and a Community Equipment Service. The framework will offer a comprehensive and wide range of suppliers and different products and services providing participating authorities and service users with flexibility and choice in meeting specific needs and requirements. Participating authorities will have the option to procure products and or services on an ad hoc basis or through more regular and structured bulk purchase arrangements. Lot Information

Bath lift

This Lot is for the supply of a battery-operated seat with a fixed or reclining back position designed to raise and lower a user with limited mobility into the bath.

Options: The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

This Lot is for the supply of a chair with arms and back, a cut out seat for toileting and a removable pot. Cannot be used in a shower.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

This Lot is for the supply of wheeled commodes which can be cleaned with standard and chlorine-based products. Not all parts can be removed and changed.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Static Commode is an adjustable or fixed height chair with arms and back, a cut out seat for toileting and a removable pot. Dimensions to allow for use with patients of a larger size. Safe working load of 175kg or more.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

Renewal: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Wheeled Commode which can be cleaned with standard and chlorine-based products and withstand a patient weight of over 175kg. Not all parts can be removed and changed. Cannot be used in a shower.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

This Lot is for the supply of Shower Chairs which can be used by a user to sit on whilst having a shower

Community equipment provides an aid to independent living for individuals who are less mobile or need assistance. Services provided will need to adhere to and be consistent with all approved care pathways and models of care relevant to each participating authority. Service requirements included in the scope of Lot 36 are expected to include the following main areas of delivery which are outlined as a general guide recognising that each participating authority will determine their own specific service requirements when making a call off from the framework: a) Provision of Equipment. b) Storage. c) Delivery and Collection. d) Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance. e) Decontamination. f) IT Systems and Administration; and g) Communication and Marketing.
