Notice Description
The Council has procure a Facilities Management (FM) Service provider to deliver its full range of FM services from 1st April 2025 3.3 It is anticipated the Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services. Hard FM Soft FM Management of Traveller sites Security and commissionaire services Property Service Centre Various Managed Services The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites.

This opportunity was run as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance of the requirements of section 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations The Council has procure a Facilities Management (FM) Service provider to deliver its full range of FM services from 1st April 2025 3.3 It is anticipated the Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services. Hard FM Soft FM Management of Traveller sites Security and commissionaire services Property Service Centre Various Managed Services The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites.
Renewal: The Contract Term is an initial 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years allowing a maximum of 10 years. Approximately 18-24 months before the end of the contract planning for the follow up contract will begin
