The Department of Finance (DoF), Land & Property Services (LPS), for itself and on behalf of other public sector organisations is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide ArcGIS licensing with maintenance and support, managed and professional services, and training for ArcGIS products and services on behalf of various NICS Departments, ALBs, NDPBs and GovCos. The preferred procurement route for this tender opportunity will be Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN).
