    "description": "Performance and timely achievement of the key milestones for the projects i.e. installation dates being met and new systems tested and handed over to the Assembly Commission as expected, will be monitored by the Assembly Commission's Project Manager. If the Contractor fails to reach satisfactory levels of performance i.e. if the milestones are missed or delayed, they will be requested to provide and implement recovery plans and be given a specified time in which to improve. The time will be dependent on the associated risks and the Assembly Commission's business needs at that time. If after the specified timeframe for improvement, the performance still fails to meet satisfactory performance levels, the matter will be escalated to the Assembly Commission for action as required.",
