This procurement exercise is to establish the Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services 2023 Framework Agreement. It will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 1 period of 12 months at HealthTrust Europe's discretion.

Lot Information

Business Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services

Consultancy and Advisory Service including but not limited to organisational process redesign and improvement, programme and project management, marketing and advertising as well as public relations and advice on corporate social responsibility. Also includes management consultancy Services.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe

Renewal: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe

Environment and Sustainability Advisory Services

Consultancy and Advisory Services including but not limited to consulting and advisory Services to support with businesses sustainability goals and advice on how to reduce the environmental impact of the operation.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe

Renewal: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe

Workforce Improvement Advisory Services

Workforce Improvement Advisory Services including but not limited to consultancy and advisory Services to support with the needs of the workforce and its associated challenges and issues

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.

Renewal: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.

Financial Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services

Financial Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services including but not limited to advisory Services on financial management, accountancy, pension fund management, insurance, actuarial and risk management Services.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.

Renewal: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.

Audit, Counter Fraud and Spend Analysis Services

Consultancy and Advisory services including but not limited to Internal Audit & Counter Fraud, External Audit, Account Payable (AP) reviews - this will include in depth review of a Participating Authorities AP data, identifying monies in overpayments, missed supplier credit and duplicate payments in order to recover cash, VAT reconciliation/reclaim and Contract compliance reviews.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.

ICT and Digital Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services

Consultancy and Advisory services including but not limited to consultancy on optimising ICT hardware and software as well as all advisory Services on digital deployment.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 12 months at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe

Estates, Construction and Building Management Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services

Consultancy and Advisory services to include consulting on energy efficiency, construction, environmental economics, Health and Safety, and all building consultations. Under this Lot the Provider will work with the Participating Authority to scope plans and/or designs for building modification and new build projects.

Options: The contract shall be for the period of 3 years with the option to renew for one period of 1 year at the discretion of HealthTrust Europe.
