Framework Agreement for the Hire, Purchase and Repair of Small Tools and Plant
Notice Description
To supply through Hire or purchase and maintenance when requested, items of power tool and manual tools (plant items). These items of plant will be required to undertake construction and other work by Swansea Council Building Services. Lot 1: Hire of small tools Lot 2: Hire of heavy plant Lot 3: Hire of scaffold and fence Lot 4: Purchase of Plant & tools Lot 5: Repair and Servicing
Lot Information
Lot 1: Hire of small tools
Lot 1 encompasses a range of hand-held tools, including Breakers, Cutters, Drills, and Hedge Trimmers. All equipment supplied within this lot must adhere to a maximum age limit of 5 years. Prices for Lot 1 services should be submitted using the designated "Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing". Additional information: There is no restriction on the maximum number of lots (5) that suppliers can apply for. Suppliers have the flexibility to quote for a minimum of one lot and can choose to submit tenders for up to a maximum of five lots
Renewal: Framework Agreement Period: 12th February 2024 to 11th February 2026 (With the option to extend for up to a further 24 Months)
Lot 2: Hire of heavy plantLot 2 consists of equipment such as Hoists, Generators, and Pressure Washers. Within this lot, all equipment is subject to a maximum age limit of 5 years. Pricing for Lot 2 services should be submitted using the specified "Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing Additional information: There is no restriction on the maximum number of lots (5) that suppliers can apply for. Suppliers have the flexibility to quote for a minimum of one lot and can choose to submit tenders for up to a maximum of five lots

Lot 3: Hire of scaffold and fenceLot 3 encompasses items including Fence Panels, Scaffold Towers, and Ladders. All equipment provided under this lot must comply with a maximum age limit of 5 years. Additional information: There is no restriction on the maximum number of lots (5) that suppliers can apply for. Suppliers have the flexibility to quote for a minimum of one lot and can choose to submit tenders for up to a maximum of five lots

Suppliers have the flexibility to quote for a minimum of one lot and can choose to submit tenders for up to a maximum of five lots
