    "description": "This Prior Information Notice is to signal our intention to release our next iteration of the CCS Print framework and to gauge interest within the Print market. Please express your interest by emailing ccsprintteam@crowncommercial.gov.uk no later than midday on 31st January 2024. Your email must clearly state: the name of your organisation, contact details for the individual(s) who will be participating in any market engagement and the lots you would be interested in bidding for. As part of this prior information notice the following can be accessed at: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/1133854c-44c5-40fe-b63c-67587a1d92f0 Your email must clearly state: the name of your organisation, contact details for the individual(s) who will be participating in the market engagement and the lots you would be interested in bidding for. Procurement information: Crown Commercial Service (CCS) will use an eSourcing system for this competition and reserves the right to use an electronic auction. Supplier assurance requirements: The Cyber Essentials scheme is mandatory for Central Government Contracts which involve handling personal information and providing certain ICT products and services. The Government is taking steps to further reduce the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain through the Cyber Essentials scheme. The scheme defines a set of controls which, when properly implemented, will provide organisations with basic protection from the most prevalent forms of threat coming from the internet. To participate in this procurement, bidders will be required to demonstrate that they are Cyber Essentials Plus certified for the services under and in connection with the procurement. The bidder may be awarded a contract but shall not enter into any call off contracts with buyers until they are able to demonstrate to CCS that they meet the technical requirements prescribed by the Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme for services under and in connection with this procurement. Additional supplier assurance requirements will be made available during the market engagement sessions and at the time of tender release.",
