Notice Description
The scope of this contract is the provision of UU Branded apparel and promotional items for purchase from departments and faculties and for retail via a campus shop and online store. The contract will also include the provision of an on-campus retail outlet (gift shop) on the Belfast Campus. The contract includes the provision and hosting of an online gift shop and "pop up" shops at planned University events on all 3 University Campus Locations (for example: graduations).
Lot Information
Branded Clothing
The scope of this contract is the provision of UU Branded apparel and promotional items for purchase from departments and faculties and for retail via a campus shop and online store. The contract will also include the provision of an on-campus retail outlet (gift shop) on the Belfast Campus. The contract includes the provision and hosting of an online gift shop and "pop up" shops at planned University events on all 3 University Campus Locations (for example: graduations). Additional information: The estimated total value stated above in Section II.2.6 is the highest value a range of PS1.5 - PS2.5 million and is for the 5 year contract period (including extensions). The University reserves the right to modify this contract, under Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Details can be found in the tender documents.
Options: It is anticipated the contract will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for any periods up to and including 24 months.

Provision of Gift ShopProvision of Gift Shop to sell UU Branded Merchandise including: - an on campus Gift shop at the Belfast Campus - hosting and running an online gift shop - provision of pop up gift shops at UU graduation locations and other agreed occasions. Additional information: The anticipated contract period shall be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for any period up to and including 36 months. The estimated total value stated above in Section II.1.5 is the lowest value in the range of PS750,000 - PS1 million and includes the initial 3 year contract period and the option to extend for any periods up to and including 36 months.
