Notice Description

Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 90% of UK' social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 ("PCSR 2015") and a central purchasing body under Regulation 38 of PCSR 2015. PfH is administered by Inprova Limited and is headquartered in the North West of England with over 20 years of expertise and experience offering a complete procurement solutions package across outsourcing, technology and consultancy. By integrating procurement services and technology, Inprova operates as a delivery partner, supporting business performance improvement for the public sector. PfH Scotland has sought qualified and experienced Suppliers to be part of it's Planned Works Framework. The framework will operate across Scotland and will cover 12 lots.

Kitchens Supply

The supply of kitchens and associated kitchen products. Including but not limited to, the supply of kitchen cupboards, units, worktops, sinks and all other associated products and services. See Document 4A - PfH Specification Lots 1-4 Supply Only Lots for full scope of requirements. This is a national lot (Scotland) and not divided into regions.

Kitchens & Bathrooms Supply and Install

The supply and installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and associated works. Including but not limited to installation of kitchens, patching plasterworks, painting and decorating, tiling, joinery, electrical requirements, sanitaryware, plumbing and pipe replacement works, joinery and flooring. See Document(s) 4 for full scope of requirements This Lot is divided into regions.

Cyclical Painting and Decoration Works

Painting and decoration including but not limited to pre-paint repairs including but not limited to brickwork repairs. See Document(s) 4 for full scope of requirements. This is a national lot (Scotland) and not divided into regions.

Electrical Works

Installation works which may include but not limited to rewiring and upgrading of existing systems within properties and all associated works plus renewable solutions and testing and maintenance of domestic, commercial, appliances, heating systems. See Document(s) 4 for full scope of requirements This Lot is divided is national (Scotland).

Roofing Works

The supply and installation of pitch and flat roofing and all ancillary works including roofline, rainwater, ancillary, chimney pointing, porch repairs and installation of canopies. See Document(s) 4B for full scope of requirements This Lot is National (Scotland) and not divided into regions.

Kitchens Supply (Branch Network)

The supply of kitchens and associated kitchen products. Including but not limited to, the supply of kitchen cupboards, units, worktops, sinks and all other associated products and services. Property Refurbishment

Including but not limited to installation of kitchens and bathrooms and associated works, installation windows, doors, roofing and associated works, electrical, heating, decorating, building works, decarbonisation/retrofitting and other works related to property refurbishment. Surrounding Works
