National Framework for Water Billing Services 2024
Notice Description
Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of providers for Water Billing Services within the UK. The framework will allow Clients to access registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water supplier within the UK. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, estimated from December 2024, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The framework will be a single Lot, with a maximum of 5 Suppliers. This framework agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Public-sector bodies, including Charities in the UK, the full list of applicable public sector organisations is available in the Tender synopsis on Pagabo's In- Tend portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1276. Suppliers for this lot must be both Ofwat and WICS registered.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Supply of Mains Electricity
Provision of registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water suppliers in the UK. Suppliers for this lot must be both Ofwat and WICS registered and hold the relevant Water and Wastewater licences for England & Wales and the relevant Water and Wastewater licence for Scotland, to allow them to operate as water suppliers. Suppliers must be able to offer water supply and billing contracts covering the following: * water supply and sewerage services including wastewater and drainage.* all meter types.* a range of supply contract durations from 1 year upwards.
Lot 2 - Electricity Broker ServicesFor the provision of a Broker service to work with public sector clients to provide access to suitable supply providers.
Lot 3 - Supply of Mains GasFor the provision of OFGEM registered providers who are licenced to operate as a gas supplier in the UK. Applicants to lot 2 must be OFGEM registered and licenced to operate as a gas supplier in the UK. Providers must be able to offer gas supply contracts covering the following: * All meter types; * A range of supply contract durations from 1 year upwards; * Fixed, flexible and basket purchasing contract options; * Options for different supply mixes including renewable and Biogas.
