The total estimated value of the contract is £260,000 GBP.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in digitisation services and software solutions. Companies with expertise in imaging software, data storage, and search capabilities are best suited to compete. The project requires not only the digital conversion of physical records but also the implementation of a robust system for storing and searching these digital records. Furthermore, the successful supplier must contribute to the local economic and social regeneration, achieving points in areas like social value and environmental carbon reduction. This is a valuable opportunity for businesses looking to expand their client base, particularly SMEs with innovative solutions in digitisation and IT services.
