Notice Description
Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company who can provide competent plasterwork inspectors and structural engineers to inspect any structural elements. The company will also be called on to carry out any minor / spot / emergency repairs requiring urgent attention to make good on an ad-hoc basis only, capped at PS25,000 per work order.

Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2027 (3 years), with the option to extend for a period of 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability).
