Notice Description
The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The supplier will be required to develop, deploy and support the system, which will be used by the organisation to manage recruitment, from the creation of a vacancy requisition through to the offer and onboarding of new colleagues.

Lot 1
RSH requires a dynamic, modern and intuitive recruitment management system. The solution will support internal staff in managing candidates and allow external applicants to submit their applications seamlessly. The delivery of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) forms part of our broader HR systems strategic objectives. This procurement is being conducted through a competitive, below-threshold process to replace the existing system.
Renewal: There is an ability for the contracting authority, the Regulator of Social Housing, to extend and renew this contract for an additional two 12 months extensions.
