Businesses with demonstrable experience in community benefits, fair working practices, and reactive maintenance across various trades will find this contract well-suited to their capabilities. The procurement will follow the National Housing Federation Standard Form of Contract, incorporating elements of quality and price. Additionally, businesses should be aware of potential TUPE considerations for existing operatives. This multi-year agreement offers an initial term of three years with the possibility of annual extensions up to five years, thus providing a stable and long-term business avenue.
