The core of the service is the provision, development and support of an AI-driven rota generation tool. It gathers the leave requests and working preferences of clinicians and hospital departments, and generates an individualised rota for every clinician.
Options: 72 month(s) from the commencement date, with 36 initial month(s) and option to extend 3x12 month(s)
Procurement Information
The AI contained in the platform solution is proprietary to the supplier. The supplier approached the Authority looking for a customer to work with them on the development and refinement of the solution. The product has already been subject to free of charge evaluation trials at the Whittington and our intention now is to award the Contract covered by this notice.
