Notice Description

To provide in-county Events Management and Logistics Services and Technical Assistance for UKHSA staff and contractors in Pakistan in accordance with the Specification.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The Authority entered into a contract with Contech International on 04/04/2025 for services in Pakistan following an Open Competition. The contract provided for three extensions of twelve months each to a maximum term to 31/03/2029.

A Contact Modification (CM) has now been executed in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The CM is to extend provision in the Indo-Pacific Region until 31/10/2026 while an Open Procedure under PA23 is conducted and increase the maximum contract value by PS750,000 excl. VAT to PS5,563,956 excl. VAT.

Options: Initial Period to 31/03/2026
Option to extend for up to three periods of 12 months each to 31/03/2029
