Notice Description

Sprinkler System Servicing & Fire Alarm Testing Gentoo Group Limited (GGL), have conducted a further competition under the Procurement Assist (PA) Fire Prevention Works (ref PA CI 04) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the creation and implementation of new Sprinkler System Servicing (including repairs and maintenance) and Fire Alarm and Aspirating System Testing (on an ad hoc basis) contract.

Lot Information

Sprinkler System Servicing and Fire Alarm Testing. Procured in partnership with Procure Assist. Leasehold consultation undertaken

Options: 2 x 12 month extension

Renewal: Procurement Assist are extending the active period of the DPS to 31 May 2029. The DPS will be reviewed on an annual basis for amendment, further extension, termination or to re-procure.

Fire Alarm System Service and Installations

Including, but not limited to: *Servicing of existing fire alarm system to ensure it meets current legislation. *Removal of existing fire alarm system *Design of new fire alarm system ensuring it is fit for purpose *Installation of new fire alarm system

Fire Prevention Works (From FRA Assessments)

Including, but not limited to: *Deliver remedial works from FRA Assessment work carried out already by the Client to ensure the Client meets all current regulations (as at the time). This may include enhancement of signage, installation of intumescent strips, application of fire retardant wall coverings, lighting replacement and correct fire compartmentation (in void spaces and corridors).
