Notice Description
To procure this service through an Open procedure and establish two contracts encompassing the Winter Forecasting and Bureau Service elements across the council area. A variant option for a combined offer will also be included as these projects will be offered to the market in tandem. From the market research there are some suppliers in the market who could fulfil both contracts and there could be opportunity to delivery efficiencies from a variant. Any variant will only be reviewed one the compliant bids have been evaluated and provisional preferred supplier identified
