YPO - 000882 FM Services - Internal Fit-out and Maintenance
Notice Description
YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of FM Services - Internal Fit-out and Maintenance. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.
Lot Information
Painting and Decorating
The supply of materials and labour to carry out decorating services including but not limited to painting (internal and external), wallpapering, varnishing, staining, preparation and small scale enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Plumbing & HeatingThe supply of materials and labour to carry out plumbing and heating works including but not limited to mains water, secondary water, heating systems, foul water, internal and external works to provide services and small scale enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Air Conditioning Installation, Servicing and Inspection including Legionella TestingThe supply of materials and labour to carry out works to install air conditioning systems, there testing, inspection, servicing and maintenance and removal including small scale enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
JoineryThe supply of materials and labour to carry out joinery works including but not limited to windows, doors, door sets, architraves, skirting, handrails, stairs and balustrades, install kitchens and office furniture and shelving including minor enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Internal Wall Insulation and Loft InsulationThe supply of materials and labour to carry out installation of internal wall insulation and loft insulation including minor enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Mechanical and Electrical Services - installation, rewiring, maintenanceThe supply of materials and labour to carry out all elements of mechanical and electrical works including but not limited to all electrical works in connection with incoming supply, distribution, final connection and equipment such as heating and cooling plant. All pipework in connection with incoming water supply, storage (potable and non-potable) distribution and supply points including all equipment, heating and cooling pipework and fittings such as radiators, ground source heat pumps, air sourced heat pumps, and other means of heating. All works in connection for enabling and final fix.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Floor coveringsThe supply of materials and labour to carry out of carpets, vinyl, tiles, wood, laminate and other floor coverings including minor enabling works.
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Floor and Wall TilingThe supply of materials and labour to carry out of ceramic tiles, natural stone tiles and manufactured tiles including minor enabling works
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Kitchen and Bathroom installationThe supply of materials and labour to carry out kitchen and bathroom installation including minor enabling works
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Surveys, Testing and TreatmentsThe supply of materials and labour to carry out of various services such as but not limited to surveys, testing and treatments of water plant, PAT testing, fixed electrical testing, asbestos surveys and removal, damp surveys and treatment, dry rot survey and treatment and damp proofing including minor enabling works
Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 10.5 years from the commencement date.
Fire Alarm/Sprinklers Maintenance and TestingThe supply of materials and labour to carry out inspection, test, service, maintenance and installation of fire alarm systems, wet sprinkler / fire dampening / fire control equipment including minor enabling works.

Internal doors and partitioningThe supply of materials and labour to carry out installation of door sets, internal doors, fixed, movable and removable internal wall partitioning systems including minor enabling works.

Adaptations - DisabilityThe supply of materials and labour to carry out adaptations for disabled access and ingress into or around buildings including minor enabling works.

General Builders WorkThe supply of materials and labour to carry out general builders work including all of the above but not limited to such and items such as internal and external demolition, reinstatement, building of walls, forming and chasing, plastering and preparation for 1st fix of other trades and other construction related works.
