The purpose of this notice is to correct an administrative error in the contract details notice published on the 9th June 2026. The original contract details notice omitted the inclusion of Calfordseaden LLP from the list of suppliers that are appointed to Lot 3.

Planning Information
In preparation for the procurement of the framework, Procure Plus has undertaken the following forms of preliminary market engagement - • Engagement with existing supply chain and the identification of suppliers via desk-based research to update and utilise product specifications for materials associated with the External Fabric Improvement lot. The reliance on specifications for this purpose is to ensure fairness in the completion of the price element of the tender and is not an indication or preference or exclusivity. • The completion of desk-based research to explore the new guidance for the completion of Fire Risk Appraisals for External Walls to inform the specification and conditions of participation (technical ability). • Engagement with existing supply chain to understand insurance and professional accreditations to inform the conditions of participation (technical ability).
