It is intended that there will be either : - 2 lots on the Framework: Fire Alarms and Fire Fighting Equipment Works (Lot 1) and Intruder Alarms Works (Lot 2) or - 1 Lot, with no division of Lots providing the full service (Lot 1 and Lot 2) with one overarching framework arrangement, Lot 3. The Authority will review the submissions to the opportunity to tender and decide which represents best value for money before deciding whether to split the work into two lots. The remaining operational information will either apply to each lot individually, or to the framework as a whole once the Authority has confirmed whether work is to be split. The Contractor providing best value, ranked number 1, from the initial tender results, will be awarded the Works for the first twenty-four months of the Framework."
