Notice Description
The main objective of this Framework Agreement is to provide a compliant route to market for Managed Neutral Vendor Services providers, to provide a holistic approach to the provision of the day-to-day service provision, service management responsibilities and functions. Acting as a strategic method for improving service operations and cutting expenses, minimising the risk of exposure to Beneficiaries of the Framework and ensuring value for money on all managed service requirements. Services delivered under the Framework will capture and deliver all elements typically and specifically involved and/or associated with neutral vendor and fully managed services. The resulting framework was conducted under the Procurement Act 2023 with a length of 4 years.
