Servicing of Air Conditioning Equipment and Associated Works. Maintenance predominately relates to servicing of air conditioning units, air handling units and fan coiled units.

Planning Information
Luton Borough Council will be going out to tender for servicing of air conditioning equipment and associated works at its properties and intends to appoint a single Contractor. The work will involve both reactive and planned maintenance and the tenders will be evaluated on the basis of price and quality. The work will include servicing of air conditioning units, air handling units and fan coiled units (4 pipe) including reactive repairs, emergency call outs and new works. Luton Council will be hosting a Market Engagement event, so interested parties can come and hear more about the opportunity and ask relevant questions. If you would like to attend this even which will be held online via Teams on Thursday 09th October 2025 at 11:00am, please email Kasia.Kosciuszko@luton.gov.uk by Friday 3rd October 2025 and you will be sent an invite.
