Planning Information

The University of Bedfordshire (UoB) ICT department proposes to publish the above titled tender early in 2026. A first draft of the specification is attached for your information. Before going ahead with the tender, we would like to engage the market with a view to (a) developing the University’s requirements and approach to the procurement; (b) designing a procedure, conditions of participation or award criteria; (c) preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents; (d) identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the service required; We invite any supplier(s), able to meet these requirements, to signify their interest in meeting with us virtually for this Preliminary Market Engagement which will enable us develop the actual tender process. Virtual meetings are scheduled for the week commencing 24th November, 2025
