Summary of the contracting process

Greater Manchester Combined Authority procured a hosted integrated e-portfolio system for learning, training and professional development activity in Greater Manchester. The service is divided into three requirements: AVA Team portfolios; apprenticeship portfolios; and Student Officer and PIP 2 portfolios.
