Provision of Learning Management System (LMS)
Notice Description
Leicester's Safeguarding Children Partnership, in collaboration with Leicestershire and Rutland's Safeguarding Children Partnership, is seeking to procure a Learning Management System (LMS) to support and enhance its multi-agency training program. The partnership delivers a range of safeguarding training and conferences with approximately 2,500 delegates attending each year, the training is delivered through a mix of in-person classroom sessions and online learning modules. In addition to delivering training, the Partnerships also publish safeguarding newsletters to disseminate critical information and updates. They also develop and distribute learning resources that complement the training courses. The Learning Management System will be predominantly for Leicester's Safeguarding Children Partnership Services and partner organisations.

Lot 1
Options: The Learning Management System will be predominantly for Leicester's Safeguarding Children Partnership Services and partner organisations. However, other divisions within the Council may likely require an LMS to deliver the same functionality as detailed in this document. As such the Council reserves the right to onboard any additional divisions with a requirement for services of the same during the term of this contract. The additional divisions include but are not limited to the following: * Human Resources It is also anticipated that during the contract term the number of delegates may increase, however, this is neither promised nor guaranteed.
Renewal: Initial term of 2 years with option to extend for 1+1+1 years
