Notice Description
A framework opportunity for experienced and qualified suppliers of cloud-based asset utilisation platforms, supporting NHS Trusts to track, analyse, and optimise the use of clinical equipment across departments and sites.
Planning Information
The Authority previously carried out limited preliminary market engagement for this requirement under the project title “Expression of Interest – Equipment Sharing Solution & Services.” A PIN was published on Find a Tender on 11 September 2024 (Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-029140). Suppliers were invited to share example specifications used for similar services, with responses requested by 6 June 2025 and final communications concluded in September 2025. The engagement was used only to inform the specification and did not form part of any evaluation.
