A single long-term Operator capable of funding asset renewal and expansion while ensuring high availability, safety and affordability Predominantly AC (7-22 kW) with potential limited DC rapid units Locations include: * Social Housing Estates * Car Parks accessible to residents and the general public * Mix of existing Chargers, some of which are obsolete or end-of-life

Scope of Engagement The preliminary market engagement will focus on: • Location and number of sites • Funding of assets (capital works) • Specification • Operations & Maintenance • Asset Lifecycle Management • Contractual Terms: o Financial Requirements o KPIs • ESG / Social Value 4. Engagement Activities On Tuesday 10th March at 10:00am L&Q will host a Teams briefing to outline requirements - this is a one-way communication - lasting a maximum of 30 minutes and will allow follow up questions (via email, which in turn will be made available via the In-Tend portal) regarding the tender (scheduled for release via In-Tend portal w/c 6th April).
