Provision of Hard FM Services
Notice Description
The Authority requires a high quality, compliant, resilient and cost-effective Hard FM service which supports the Authority in maintaining safe, operational and fit-for-purpose premises to enable effective Fire and Rescue service delivery. Delivery of a structured planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regime, informed by statutory requirement, recognised industry best practice (including SFG20 where appropriate), to ensure assets are maintained safely, compliantly and in line with operational risk and asset criticality. Delivery of responsive reactive maintenance and minor works, ensuring faults, defects and service issues are addressed promptly and effectively to minimise disruption and maintain operational continuity. Collaborative working with the Authority, supporting transparent decision-making, shared ownership of asset performance and the development of practical, proportionate solutions.
