CPC wish to establish a framework, using a Competitive Flexible Procedure, for the supply of Corporate Software and related products and services. The framework will be open to members of CPC, listed at https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members, including future members meeting requirements at https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/about/how-to-join. It will also be accessible to Local Authorities procuring on behalf of Education, as detailed at https://www.local.gov.uk/. The wider public sector (WPS) may access the framework via Crescent Services. This framework is not intended to replace any existing arrangements with such organisations. WPS organisations that may utilise the framework include: Central Government departments, agencies, public bodies, Local Government, and Public Corporations, as listed at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations and https://www.local.gov.uk/ Eligible public sector bodies as detailed on the CPC website: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/services/eligible-public-sector-bodies

Financial Management Software

This lot is for the provision of a range of software for the purpose of Financial Management Solutions including but not limited to the following aspects of supply as required by members: * Financial Management Software ensuring usability and accessibility is embedded within the software. * Accurate and reliable financial data processing and reporting in line with sector and legal and HMRC requirements. * Provision for general ledger, forecasting/budgeting, raising of purchase orders and a fully integrated fixed asset module as follows: * Chart of Accounts: Support segments (e.g. entity/school, department, cost centre, project/grant, fund, natural account). * Journals: Standard, recurring, reversal, accruals, allocations; import from CSV/API with validation. * Periods & Close: Monthly/quarterly/year end close workflow; soft and hard close; subledger integration. * Consolidation: Multi entity/MAT consolidation; intercompany eliminations; currency translation (if applicable). * Audit Trail: Immutable posting logs; user/time stamps; change history for CoA and configuration. * Budget Versions: Original, revised, in year forecasts, multi year plans. * Workflow: Distributed budget capture, approval hierarchy, notifications. * Controls: Commitment accounting; budget checks at configurable levels (e.g., cost centre/fund/object). * Supplier Master: Onboarding, due diligence, blocked/approved status, bank account validation. * Requisitions & POs: Budget check, approvals (tiered), partial receipts, 3 way matching (PO, GRN, invoice). * Invoices: E invoicing import (PEPPOL/EDI if used), OCR optional, tolerance thresholds, coding templates. * Payments: BACS/SEPA compatible files, payment runs, remittance advice, holds/disputes. * Billing: Tuition/fees, services, facility hire, grants claims; configurable templates and cycles. * Receipting: Cash, card, online gateway integration; auto allocation to invoices; refunds workflow. * Debt Management: Statements, dunning schedules, payment plans, write off and impairment policies. * Bank Feeds: Import statements (MT940/CSV/API); auto reconciliation rules. * Treasury: Cash positions, sweep accounts, petty cash. * VAT Returns: compliant with MTD (Making Tax Digital) * Payments Security: Dual control, segregation of duties, positive pay (if supported). * Financial Statements: Trial balance, income & expenditure, balance sheet, cash flow, aged AP/AR. * Management Reports: Budget vs actual, commitments, variance analysis, KPI dashboards. * Export & Self Service: Excel/CSV/PDF; role based dashboards; scheduled delivery; API access. * Audit Trail: End to end traceability; immutable logs; query tools. * Segregation of Duties: Configurable workflows; maker checker controls. * Retention & GDPR: Data minimization; configurable retention schedules; subject access/export. * Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA UI; keyboard navigation; screen reader support. * System security compliant with all current and future legislation. * A facility to update/upgrade, allowing the member institutions to ''future-proof" the system. * Compatibility with Microsoft Office as standard to enable the uploading of journals and download and manipulate/model information. * The security maintenance of the system must satisfy requirements including but not limited to segregation of duties, however there is a need to maintain the flexibility required in a large complex organisation such as a multi academy trusts and not be overly burdensome in its administration for academies, schools, colleges or as appropriate.

This lot is for the provision of a range of software for the purpose of Human Resource Management Solutions including but not limited to the following aspects of supply as required by members: * Human Resource Software ensuring usability and accessibility is embedded within the software. * Accurate and reliable Human Resource data processing and reporting in line with sector, legal and HMRC requirements. * Facility to analyse, and report, at all levels, including individual, departmental, faculty and Member wide. * "Workflow" flexibilities to include but not limited to absence management procedures. * Reporting, in a format understandable to users with a simple to use integrated report writer capable of enabling users to produce and store high quality and visually presentable reports in a professional standard/layout as appropriate. * The ability to store scanned images of prime documents including but not limited to qualification certificates and DBS documentation. * System security compliant with all current and future legislation. * The security maintenance of the system must satisfy requirements including but not limited to segregation of duties, however there is a need to maintain the flexibility required in a large complex organisation such as a multi academy trusts and not be overly burdensome in its administration for academies, schools, colleges or as appropriate. * Compliance with all required law and human resource management best practice. * Secure storage and legal compliance of human resource information and associated data in line with GDPR. * Flexible structure, allowing changes in organisational structures to be made easily including but not limited to mergers of organisations. * A facility to update/upgrade, allowing the member institutions to ''future-proof" the system. * Compatibility with Microsoft Office as standard to enable the uploading of data and download and manipulate/model information.
