HMS Drake FM Services - UK 1
Notice Description
MOD is planning to replace its Facilities Management (FM) services at HMS Drake, which are currently provided under the PFI agreement. The FM services may cover areas such as catering, cleaning, waste management, retail and leisure, statutory and mandatory planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, grounds maintenance, and asset replacement works. Additionally, there will be Defence-specific tasks including managing mess accommodation and stores in line with MOD policies. HMS Drake is a significant shore-based site offering accommodation, messing, and training facilities. The information in this UK1 Pipeline Notice is purely for information, and no further details are available at this stage.
