West Midlands Employers (WME) is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a fully managed Software as a Service (SaaS) recruitment platform to support the continued operation, development and future growth of WMJobs.co.uk. WMJobs is a leading public sector recruitment platform serving local authorities, educational establishments, emergency services and other public sector and not-for-profit organisations throughout the United Kingdom. The platform currently supports approximately 3,600 recruiting organisations, facilitates around 21,000 job advertisements annually and attracts in excess of 334,000 unique visitors per month. The successful supplier will be responsible for the provision, implementation, configuration, hosting, support, maintenance and ongoing development of a fully managed white-labelled recruitment platform. The solution must support recruiter self-service functionality, vacancy management, candidate applications, content and campaign management, reporting and analytics, integration with third-party systems and ongoing service enhancement. WME is seeking a long-term strategic partner capable of supporting both the day-to-day operation of the platform and its future development. The solution must be secure, accessible, scalable and capable of being managed by a small, non-technical internal team.
