Asset Operation Maintenance and Response Framework 2
Notice Description
The Environment Agency (EA) is seeking supplier participation in a face to face pre-market engagement event in relation to the forthcoming procurement of an Asset Operation, Maintenance, and Response 2 (AOMR 2) Framework. This will be in person event on 14 September 2026 in Birmingham. The purpose of this interactive event is to provide information and gather additional feedback from the market which will help to develop the framework design. AOMR 2 is the replacement of 2 existing EA frameworks for maintenance of EA Flood defence assets and also includes vegetation management, habitat creation and incident response. This pack will be issued approximately 5 days prior to the event. Due to limited venue capacity, we ask for no more than two delegates per supplier. There will be a morning session and an afternoon session, please only sign up to one of these. Spaces are limited and will be first come first served. Please note: This is NOT a call for competition. The procurement remains subject to approval. The EA does not intend to be bound by any information at this stage and makes no commitment to incorporate any recommendations or suggestions within the final procurement documents. All information provided is subject to change including the programme, contract value and is not a guarantee of the level of work that will be generated through any future Framework.
